Shipping and Returns



Orders shipping to Australia:

FREE DELIVERY for ALL ORDERS OVER $350 within Australia!                                 

    • All standard orders are shipped via Startrack Express
    • All orders to a PO box will go via Australia Post
    • If the item is in stock, your parcel will be delivered within 3 - 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
    • We do not guarantee that all items will be in stock however if an item is out of stock, we will immediately advise you by email.
    • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.

Orders shipping to New Zealand:

We offer shipping rates starting at $10.36 for Airmail – 2-5 Business Days Shipping.

    • If the item is in stock, your parcel will be delivered within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
    • We do not guarantee that all items will be readily available. Items that are "In Stock" will be shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 3pm AEDT on a business day. Some items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days. The lead time for "Special Order" items is 8-14 weeks plus.
    • Your order will be delivered by Australia Post International or DHL trackable service.
    • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.
    • Your order may be subjected to customs and import charges for orders over  NZ$1000. See our important note below for further information.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Customs and import charges for orders shipping to New Zealand or international destination:

You may be charged for duties and taxes by your Customs Service Department depending on the value of your order and destination country. Please note that we do not have control over custom's procedures or estimate for these charges as these are imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel and are not included in the cost of delivery. New Zealand Customs Service does not collect duty, fees or GST unless the value of your item/shipment is over NZ$1000. Please check the New Zealand Customs Service Guidelines on Duty and allowances or contact them if you need more information.

Please note, the shipping terms and costs quoted apply to Australian and New Zealand delivery addresses only. For international orders, please feel free to contact us for a freight cost.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Mounts New Zealand wants to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Should you need to return any products, we provide the following options:

  1. Faulty Items: If your item breaks (excluding general wear and tear) within the manufacturer's warranty period, we can offer a refund/credit or replacement. While we may request the faulty items back, in many cases, we can simplify the process with an email and photo. RAM Mounts provides a lifetime warranty on most parts, except for items with electronics, which carry a 1-3 year warranty depending on the item.
  2. Unwanted Items: If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and wish to return it, we gladly accept such returns for credit within 14 days of item receipt, unless:
    • The items have been opened or used.
    • The items were a special order item
    • The items were supplied in bulk quantities (e.g. more than 10).
    • Special order items. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  3. Shipping Errors: In the case of receiving incorrect items, please inform us as soon as possible and provide supporting evidence by email, such as photos. Missing items will be shipped at our expense, and incorrectly or oversupplied items will be arranged for return at our cost.
