Orders shipping to New Zealand:

We ship to New Zealand with rates starting at $11 NZD via Airmail.

Delivery Timeframes

If the item is in stock, your order will usually be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered within 2–10 business days, depending on the shipping option you’ve selected (excluding weekends and public holidays). All orders are sent via trackable services through Australia Post International or DHL Express.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Please note: Estimated delivery dates are provided by the couriers and may vary. These timeframes are outside of our control.

Here are the current estimates for major metro areas:

  • Australia Post International Standard: 5–10 business days
  • Australia Post International Express: 3–6 business days
  • DHL Premium Express: 2 business days

RAM Mounts Lead Times

Not all RAM Mount products are available for immediate shipping. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page, and your order may be held until all items are ready to ship.

  • In Stock – Ships within 24 hours
  • Ships in 2–3 Business Days – Currently in transit to us; will ship once received
  • Out of Stock – Available via Special Order – Estimated 8–11 weeks lead time

New Zealand Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to New Zealand are subject to New Zealand Customs regulations.

Low Value Goods (LVG) Levy

For orders valued at NZD $1,000 or less, a mandatory Low Value Goods (LVG) levy applies. This levy is imposed by New Zealand Customs on low-value imported goods.

  • The LVG levy is currently NZD $2.54 per shipment
  • This amount is included within the shipping fee at checkout and is not charged separately
  • The levy is required by New Zealand Customs and is not a fee set by us

Why this levy applies

The LVG levy helps cover the cost of processing low-value imports into New Zealand. It is part of the New Zealand Government’s importation framework and applies to eligible shipments entering the country. For more information, please refer to this information pack or visit their website.

Orders over NZD $1,000

Orders valued over NZD $1,000 may be subject to customs duties, GST, and import processing charges. These charges are not included in the shipping fee and may be payable to the courier or New Zealand Customs prior to delivery.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Mounts New Zealand wants to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Should you need to return any products, we provide the following options:

  1. Faulty Items: If your item breaks (excluding general wear and tear) within the manufacturer's warranty period, we can offer a refund/credit or replacement. While we may request the faulty items back, in many cases, we can simplify the process with an email and a photo. RAM Mounts provides a lifetime warranty on most parts, except for items with electronics, which carry a 1-3 year warranty depending on the item.
  2. Unwanted Items: If you mistakenly ordered the wrong item and wish to return it, we gladly accept such returns for credit within 14 days of item receipt, unless:
    • The items have been opened or used.
    • The items were a special order item
    • The items were supplied in bulk quantities (e.g. more than 10).
    • Special order items. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  3. Shipping Errors: In the case of receiving incorrect items, please inform us as soon as possible and provide supporting evidence by email, such as photos. Missing items will be shipped at our expense, and incorrectly or oversupplied items will be arranged for return at our cost.
